5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.

  • Perishable or custom items are non-refundable.
